DIAMOND CORE DRILLING TOOLS
Trusted Diamond Tools Are the Foundation of Every Exploration Project
  • CARBONADO DRILL BITS
N Bit, CARBONADO, semi-spherical profile with wide flushing ports. Designed for drilling formations of drillability categories 1–6.
    Recommended ranges:
    • Axial load on the bit: 1150–2725 kg
    • Rotation speed: 300–750 rpm
    • Recommended drilling fluid flow rate: 13–34 L/min
  • IMPREGNATED DIAMOND DRILL BITS
Diamond bits are used to drill formations from 3 to 12 drillability grades. Various matrix design options allow to select optimal drilling modes in almost any geological conditions. The matrix of the bit consists of a metal-ceramic alloy and small diamonds of various grain sizes, mainly two-three sizes in a matrix of the same type.
  • DIAMOND REAMING SHELL
Reaming Shells are available in industry standard lengths of 6” and 10” (18” available special order) as well as oversized OD and full- hole profiles. All reaming shells are reinforced with thermally stable polycrystalline (TSP) and high-quality diamonds for extended life in different drilling conditions.
  • DIAMOND CASING SHOES
Casing shoes are used for partial drilling out of outfalls when installing casing rods into a well. Several types of rock cutting tools of this type are produced:
    • Diamond impregnated casing shoes
    • Diamond single-layer casing shoes
    • Carbide casing shoes
